Clarissa's Churro Recipe

"Before I join S&S, I was struggling to find a balance as a mom trying to get back into her groove. I was 7 months postpartum, getting into my workout regimen but beating myself up over the number on the scale and struggling with my male trainer who just didn’t understand my struggles. Then, in walks Dana (figuratively speaking of course) haha Her encouragement and energy made it a no brainer to join the tribe! After I joined, I lost 5 lbs my first month of involvement (because my first month I was a newbie and shy) and gained muscle! Which was my goal 🙌🏼


I started every morning with herbal tea, aloe and collagen mixed in my water bottle. A have a delicious protein shake after my morning workout." -Clarissa

churro donut recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour 

1/4 cup vanilla PDM 

1/4 cup dulce de leche formula 1 

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 1/2 tbsp of monkfruit 

Dash of cinnamon 

Mix dry together then add wet ingredients 

Two eggs 

1/4 - 1/2 cup almond milk (make batter like brownie batter slightly runnier 


Directions:

Mix and put in oven 10 mins at 350 degrees 


Once out let cool 

Then mix water and sugar free caramel syrup in a bowl(more water then the caramel ) brush on whole donut or dip in really quick 

Then 1 min later dip in a monkfruit and cinnamon mix 

Drizzle sugar free caramel syrup on top 


Middle   

Add Vanilla PDM + Dulce de Leche + salted caramel
