These Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes are DELICIOUS AF!
2 scoops Dulce Shake Mix
2 scoops Vanilla protein
1 tsp baking powder
4 TBS water
Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl & pour batter into a heated skillet to cook pancakes.
Icing: use a fork to mix one tablespoon of vanilla protein and slowly add water until you get desired consistency.
Strudel: mix 3 TBS almond flour, 1 TBS Swerve Brown Sugar & 1 tsp melted coconut oil. Cook mixture on a baking pan until slightly roasted. *Save remaining mixture in a ziplock bag for next time 😉
Top pancakes with icing and strudel as desired and top with 1/2 TBS of chopped pecans
